  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified.
  • Batteries that have been charged or used.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at 9090581234 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the product, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:  Lingaraj Nagar, Ambagada, Digapahandi Road, Odisha 760002.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • In case of rejection, our Customer Support team will contact you with an explanation.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will provide instructions on returning the product and will cover the return shipping costs. A replacement or refund will be issued upon verification of the damage or defect.
